Michael Köpfli is an experienced political professional and has great expertise in strategic communication and media relations. Before joining Kommunikationsplan, he was General Secretary and Managing Director of the Green Liberal Party of Switzerland for over five years. He has been a member of the Cantonal Council of Bern since 2015. Michael Köpfli holds a Master’s degree in economics and political science from the University of Bern and a CAS in professional media relations (MAZ). In 2018 and 2020, he was voted Media Spokesperson of the Year in the field of politics by the trade magazine “Schweizer Journalist”.

Claudia Eugster is a communications expert and an experienced project manager. She supports and advices complex large-scale projects. Prior to her current role, she was head of communications at the Canton St. Gallen Department of Construction and Environment, therefore she knows public authority communication from back to front. Today Claudia Eugster manages the agency’s office in St. Gallen. She has a deep understanding of political mechanisms and knows how administration and politics best address their matters and communicate effectively. As a member of the board of the Swiss Public Relations Association SPRV, Claudia Eugster builds on a vast network beyond eastern Switzerland. She holds an MAS in Communication Management and Leadership.

Mikis Graf is an experienced political communicator, media and association professional. He has more than a decade of management and communications expertise for national and cantonal trade associations. Today, he heads the agency’s Zurich office. The veteran campaigner has excellent political connections and a great deal of know-how in digital communications. He knows how associations work and how to achieve a targeted breakthrough for their interests in the noisy world. Mikis Graf studied communication sciences and economic history in Berlin and Zurich.

Christian Steiner is a experienced social media professional, digital communication expert and campaigner. He worked for several years as a PR consultant and copywriter as well as a project manager in event and social media marketing. A degree in business and communication at the Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts forms his professional background, and the CAS in visual communication enriched his expertise.

Barbara Stucki is an experienced project manager and communications strategist, analytical and strong in implementation. Before joining Kommunikationsplan, she worked in a managing position in the construction industry and knows both the association and the corporate side. Michael Surber is an experienced political and media professional. He gets to the bottom of things and brings the facts to the point. He completed his studies in political science, economics and economic history at the University of Zurich with a doctorate.

Marco Battaglia is an experienced political campaigner, especially in Italian-speaking Switzerland. Before joining Kommunikationsplan, he worked for several years as an independent communications and political consultant in Ticino. Over the years, he has also travelled to numerous countries as an international election observer. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Fribourg and a Master’s degree in Political and Economic Philosophy from the University of Bern. He advises his clients skilfully in all national languages.

Lea Ritter is an expert in multimedia and web design. She weigh in her creativity into various projects and ensures that content and design always fit together. She completed her vocational training in Media Design at Georg Fischer AG and then gained further experience in their corporate communications. Before joining Kommunikationsplan, she was working as a digital marketer.

Désirée Stadtmann is Office Manager and Executive Assistant. The proven digital and administration expert optimises processes and ensures smooth agency operations across all locations. She is experienced in change management and the reorganisation of operational processes. Before joining Kommunikationsplan, she managed the office at a fast-growing craft company for ten years. Her apprenticeship as a chef, followed by a commercial apprenticeship and management training at the NBW leads to a broad range of experience und her always knowing what needs to be done next.

As a specialist in political communication, Melina Salaorni knows the tricks of the trade when it comes to successfully planning and implementing a referendum campaign. Before joining Kommunikationsplan, she was part of the campaign team at economiesuisse. Thanks to her experience in project and event management, she maintains an overview even in hectic situations. Melina Salaorni holds a Master in International Affairs and Governance from the University of St. Gallen.

Alessio Blaser understands how content is digitally prepared so that it also finds its audience. Design and digital media are his passion. During his training at bluewin.ch, he was able to gain experience as a video journalist. Whether video, graphics or photography, he develops and produces multimedia content for social media and online platforms of all kinds. Alessio Blaser graduated from Neufeld grammar school and is a trained media technician EFZ.

After studying Economics and working as a local journalist, Marcel Kamm spent seven years with Swissmem. Since 1999, he has worked as a communications consultant both in political communications and also in all fields of corporate communications. Kamm is a generalist. In particular he has many years of experience as a media trainer and in crisis communications.

Virginie Simon is an expert in strategic communications, crisis communications and media relations. As a former project manager for the BAG and international agencies, she has excellent contacts into the public administration, politics and business. She studied political science at the University of Lausanne, strategic brand management at the London School of Business and Finance and marketing management at the HEC Lausanne. Lukas Hadorn is a media and communications consultant. After studying political science at the University of Geneva, he worked for several years as an editor and reporter in journalism before moving to China for three years. He has been working in the communications industry since 2010, among others working for Migros, UBS and Hirslanden. He also teaches as a lecturer at the MAZ and at the Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts.
